    Wow. Just WOW! I had no idea he had taken so much footage. Glad I don’t have speakers here at work, but be warned there might be some, er, expletives!

    Never again will I whine and complain on the trail when the going gets tough.

    Congratulations, Bob! Seeing you in action is an inspiration for everyone! I felt like I was right there with you! I just love your embodiment of “can’t say never, never say can’t.”

    Let’s hit the trail one of these days, at the new addition to the East Bay Regional Park above Niles Canyon. It was in today’s SF Chronicle.

    (Nice job filming, Rick! You really captured the essence of the event, the ambience of the place!
