Man what a week that was

September 13th, 2009

Didn’t get so much as a nanosecond on the trail this weekend, though I did get in a fair amount of elevation gain carrying a load.

Last Tuesday we learned that my Aunt Bev had passed on; we drove 13 hours Wednesday from NC to Peoria, spent Thursday reconvening with family, paying our respects, attending a true Irish wake; spent Friday driving 13 hours back to NC; spent Saturday moving into a new apartment; first thing I learned Sunday morning was that I’d neglected to renew my site’s domain, so it had expired (sorry for the confusion). I’m just now catching my breath, and now it’s bedtime.

I should be able to get back into some semblance of regular blogging in the next few days. Yeah, you’ve heard that one before — but this blog continues to bring me good luck, so I’m sticking with it.
