Deskbound in my windowless purgatory<br \/>\nin the bowels of the News Media Industry, I had but one request for my fair<br \/>\nbride: Take Pictures! The snow didn&#8217;t last long but it did provide a pretty<br \/>\ngood show for awhile. Floyd, the cat, was climbing the window sill trying to<br \/>\nfigure out what that stuff was, and where it was coming from. <\/p>\n<p> (A round of drinks to whoever names their punk rock band Windowless Purgatory.)\n<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/tommangan.net\/2006images\/misc\/snow2-18-06.jpg\" width=\"420\" height=\"163\" border=\"1\"><\/p>\n<p>This morning a faint dusting of snow was evident on the higher peaks nearby.<br \/>\nI was going to hike up there but figured the sun would melt it all long before<br \/>\nI got to the top.
