It’s come to my attention that St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, falls on a Saturday this year, which sounds like an excellent excuse to wet the whistle with foamy malt-based beverages after a few hours on the trail.<\/p>\n
So, here’s your chance, Bay Area hikers, to suggest another hiking site that might be best suited to such an adventure. We could either hike in a park where we won’t get kicked out for bringing a cooler with beverages in it, or we could hike somewhere and head to a watering hole afterward.
