WordPress is about a zillion times better than Movable Type: Installation&#8217;s a breeze (you have to know how to create  database on your server but not too much more). The right-hand column has a bunch of &#8220;widgets&#8221; that allow text and other stuff to easily be added and subtracted, and one change fixes it for the whole site.<\/p>\n<p>So, hopefully this&#8217;ll be the last housekeeping post of this kind and we can get back to the essential discussions of dirt-driven enjoyment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OK, so I feel like the blog is pretty much back to normal.
