Well, I just like the looks of them. The other day my wife<br \/>\ngave me an interesting assignment: pick out my six favorite dead-tree pictures<br \/>\nso she can have them printed in black and white for a wall-decoration scheme<br \/>\nshe&#8217;s working on. <\/p>\n<p>So I threaded through my archives and winnowed my greatest-hits collection<br \/>\ndown to about 50; from there we boiled it down to these six, posted in the order<br \/>\nthey were taken. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/tommangan.net\/twoheeldrive\/siteimages\/2006\/deadtrees\/IMG_1853.jpg\" width=\"360\" height=\"480\" border=\"1\">\n<\/p>\n<p>Acorn woodpecker habitat, Joseph D.
