A British guy with engineering training has started an outdoor clothing line called FurTech, which is all well and good (everybody oughta try starting their own business to appreciate the simplicity of a 9-to-5 work obligation), but of course being a 21st Century Entrepreneur, he has a blog that is packed with details about how heat is trapped and moisture travels through membranes and lots of other ditties to get your gear juices flowing. Naturally, he drops in the occasional plug for his products but we of the Tivo generation have learned to fast-forward past the ads, right?
